A bounty of blankets, as well as scarves and hats, was collected at Immanuel Church, and then distributed at Kosciuszko Park on a very cold, wet, and dreary December day, These items were appreciated by individuals facing financial hardships and homelessness. A huge thank you to everyone who contributed to our Blanket Drive, and a special thank you to “Mr. Bob’s Under the Bridge” for allowing us the opportunity to serve along side them through their outreach program which brings peace and love to a very impoverished community.
